1 1/2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of salt
12 ounces of your favorite beer
Mix all together until its well mixed. Coat fish with mixed batter (we used cod) Fry in oil (375*) until golden.
Tarter sauce:
1/2 cup Mayo
add Dill relish as much as you like
and fresh squeezed lemon juice
